We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Facility Manager to join our team and ensure our facilities are kept pristine and well-maintained.
Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations within our facility. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our clients and employees. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping operations.
Qualifications:
- Facilities manager with over 5 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale facility operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of all facets of facility management, including safety and housekeeping operations.
- Proficient in addressing client complaints professionally.
- Skilled in managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resources.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control for the housekeeping department.
- Proficient in understanding tender requirements and submitting related documents (costing, scope of work, HK Matrix, innovation, consumables, equipment & PPM).
- Ability to conduct site visits and perform cost analyses and forecasting.
- Strong client service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and presentations.
- Locally available candidates with ability to provide NOC.
