Job Description - Housekeeping Facility Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Facility Manager to join our team and ensure our facilities are kept pristine and well-maintained.

Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations within our facility. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our clients and employees. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping operations.

Qualifications:

  • Facilities manager with over 5 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale facility operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of all facets of facility management, including safety and housekeeping operations.
  • Proficient in addressing client complaints professionally.
  • Skilled in managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resources.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control for the housekeeping department.
  • Proficient in understanding tender requirements and submitting related documents (costing, scope of work, HK Matrix, innovation, consumables, equipment & PPM).
  • Ability to conduct site visits and perform cost analyses and forecasting.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and presentations.
  • Locally available candidates with ability to provide NOC.
