We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity to work as a Housekeeping Manager with one of our esteemed partners, an ultra-luxury hotel in Doha. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to work in a stunning location and contribute to the success of a world-class resort.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards
• Train, motivate, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor and control inventory and supplies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints to ensure prompt resolution
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and best practices
• Proficient in using housekeeping management software and MS Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
