Premium Solutions Consultancy is currentlyseeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Manager tooversee the housekeeping operations for a prestigious client in thehospitality industry. As the Housekeeping Manager you will beresponsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of allguest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. Additionallyyou will oversee a team of housekeeping staff training andmotivating them to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Developingand implementing housekeeping standards andprocedures.
• Overseeing the daily operations ofthe housekeeping department.
• Managing a team ofhousekeeping staff including hiring training andscheduling.
• Inspecting guest rooms and publicareas to ensure cleanliness and adherence tostandards.
• Handling guest complaints andresolving any issues in a timely and professionalmanner.
• Monitoring inventory and orderingnecessary supplies.
• Collaborating with otherdepartments to ensure a seamless guestexperience.

Requirements

• Previousexperience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in thehospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge ofhousekeeping standards andprocedures.
• Excellent leadership andcommunication skills.
• Ability to work wellunder pressure and handle multipletasks.
• Attention to detail and problemsolvingskills.
• Flexibility to work weekends andholidays as required.
• Proven track record ofmanaging a diverse team.
• Degree in HospitalityManagement or related field ispreferred.
