Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR and Admin Specialist who will be responsible for managing various human resources and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.

Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

Manage administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

Prepare and analyze HR-related reports using Excel to track key metrics and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR and Admin Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is key .

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
