HR Assistant (Female)

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time, entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team by posting job ads on various portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in building a pipeline of talent for future openings.
• Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, managing employee files, and coordinating interviews.
• Provide support to the recruitment and business development teams with market mapping and candidate sourcing.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support or recruiter role is preferred.
• A high level of organization, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
• A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
• Immediate availability to start is essential.
