HR Business Partner Job Location : Qatar JobDetails : • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP inhospitality or related industry • Provide HR advice andguidance to Managers, Supervisors, and staff within the specificcluster/s. • Manage employee relations, including dealingwith performance and conduct issues, and provide support forrecruitment, retention, and workforce planning. • Managethe completion of appeals and grievances while providing feedbackand recommendations to all relevant parties to improve futureemployee relations. • Assist supervisors with complexemployee issues such as performance, attendance, and employeerelations to maintain a positive work environment. •Familiarity with HRMS & Qatar Labour Law. • Arabnationalities are preferred.
