Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner (Non-Tech) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and managers in non-technical departments, supporting them in achieving their goals through effective human resources practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through people-centric initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders and managers in non-technical departments to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, providing HR support and guidance to achieve business goals.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts for non-technical positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  4. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and coaching to managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous development and feedback.
  5. Learning and Development: Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in non-technical areas.
  6. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and retention, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.
  7. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters and addressing any compliance issues.
  8. HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and partner with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies and solutions.
  9. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees through periods of transition and transformation.
  10. HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Experience in non-technical industries or departments is preferred.
