Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner (Non-Tech) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and managers in non-technical departments, supporting them in achieving their goals through effective human resources practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through people-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders and managers in non-technical departments to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, providing HR support and guidance to achieve business goals.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts for non-technical positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and coaching to managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous development and feedback.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in non-technical areas.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and retention, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters and addressing any compliance issues.
- HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and partner with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies and solutions.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees through periods of transition and transformation.
- HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in non-technical industries or departments is preferred.
