Job Description - HR Director


We are seeking an experienced HRDirector to join a reputed 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate willhave a proven track record of HR management in the hospitalityindustry, particularly within a reputed 5-star hotel environment.With over 10 years of experience in human resources, the HRDirector/Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping ourorganizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and drivingHR initiatives aligned with our businessobjectives.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition: Overseethe recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction andretention of top talent. Collaborate with department heads toidentify staffing needs and implement effective recruitmentstrategies.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as apoint of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance,counselling, and support to employees and management. Ensurecompliance with employment laws andregulations.
  • Performance Management: Developand implement performance management systems to enhance employeeproductivity and engagement. Conduct regular performance reviewsand facilitate professional development and trainingprograms.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administercompensation and benefits programs, including salary structures,incentives, and employee perks. Ensure competitive compensationpackages to attract and retain top talent.
  • HRPolicies and Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies andprocedures consistent with company values and legal requirements.Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HRmanagement.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote apositive work culture and employee engagement initiatives. Organizeteam-building activities, recognition programs, and employeefeedback mechanisms.
  • HR Administration: OverseeHR administrative functions, including payroll processing, HRISmanagement, and maintenance of employeerecords.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance withlabor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct regularaudits and implement corrective actions asnecessary.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Leadand mentor the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, andprofessional developmentopportunities.
