Job Description - HR Lead

HR Lead – 7+ Years' Experience

Responsible for coordinating HR team activities and work assignments, providing professional guidance and ensuring the effective delivery of HR operational and project objectives.

Key responsibilities may include:

Coordinate day-to-day HR activities and team deliverables.
Provide guidance to HR team members and stakeholders.
Monitor work progress, quality and performance.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
Coordinate HR projects and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
