Job Description - HR Leader

  • Provide inputs and decisionsrelated to the business requirements mapping and its relatedprocesses
  • Positive and active force for changeprogrammes around HRIS Systems
  • Updating ABAusers at all levels on the further capabilities, updates andpotential of the HRIS Systems
  • Provide supportsto end users on best utilizing the system
  • Trainnew users in the system
  • Project management,contributing to the design of core HR process technologysolutions
  • Establishing basic systemadministration, processes and protocols, including business processdesign
  • Manage the people reporting and analysisrequirements for the organization.
  • Transformingpeople data into information and providing it to variety ofaudiences.
  • Participate in testing, trainings,Conference Room Pilots (CRP), acceptance testing and validationexercises of the new HRIS System processes; and log any issuesencountered.
  • Collaborates with people and IT onthe successful deployment and evaluation of solutions ensuringrelevance, accuracy, timelines and optimalproductivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT and ISconsultant to ensure that functional requirements are fullyincorporated and fitted within the agreed unifiedsolution.
  • Constantly help increase useradoption to achieve desired operationalefficiency.
  • Get fully equipped and trained withnew HRIS system functionalities, features and transactional flowsand transfer knowledge & train End Users (train thetrainer) to the level that they can use thesystem.
  • Provide application and businessanalyst consulting services
  • Develop Functionalspecifications for ABA
  • Develop user Manuals,SOPs, requirement documents.
  • Change RequestsManagement
  • 1st line support and monitors activesupport tickets and expedites
  • Reviewdeliverables from function and their division perspective; andprovide their observations and comments; and give their sign-off tothe IT– keeping in mind the goal ofstandardization.
  • Internal team meeting underthe Project Manager/team leadersupervision
  • Status reporting to the nextlevel
