Job Description - HR Manager

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **HR Strategy and Planning:** Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR matters.

- **Talent Acquisition and Retention:** Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.

- **Employee Relations and Engagement:** Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, addressing employee concerns, and resolving conflicts. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- **Performance Management:** Develop and manage a performance management system that includes performance evaluations, development plans, and succession planning. Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance issues.

- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Oversee the delivery and effectiveness of training initiatives.

- **Compensation and Benefits:** Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely, and handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

- **HR Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Conduct regular audits and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. Manage employee records and ensure data protection.

- **HR Administration:** Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR systems, preparing reports, and managing HR budgets. Ensure efficient HR operations and continuous process improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
