Your Key Responsibilities • Manageportfolios across UK&I and UK FS SL's includingCBS, Executives, PAS, EMEIA CoEs and affiliated businesses notlimited to EYP, Agility Works, Seren, EY Frank Hirth, to supportcyclical HR activities where applicable such as LEAD cycles and HRrelated initiatives and projects • Ensure that allnecessary activity relating to LEAD cyclical activity, year end andpay planning are delivered in the most professional and effectivemanner ensuring consistency across the region • Projectmanage the operational elements of Restructuring activity such asTUPE and Redundancy, collaborating with the STC, ER, GCO and thebusiness • Prepare and deliver, briefings and Webinars andsupport L&D with Strategic Talent Consultants or otherTalent Functions
