Your KeyResponsibilities

• Manage portfolios across UK&Iand UK FS SL’s including CBS, Executives, PAS, EMEIA CoEsand affiliated businesses not limited to EYP, Agility Works, Seren,EY Frank Hirth, to support cyclical HR activities where applicablesuch as LEAD cycles and HR related initiatives andprojects
• Ensure that all necessary activityrelating to LEAD cyclical activity, year end and pay planning aredelivered in the most professional and effective manner ensuringconsistency across the region
• Project managethe operational elements of Restructuring activity such as TUPE andRedundancy, collaborating with the STC, ER, GCO and thebusiness
• Prepare and deliver, briefings andWebinars and support L&D with Strategic Talent Consultantsor other Talent Functions
