Job Description

Were seeking a IT talentacquisition specialist to help us source identify screen and hirecandidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidatewill have excellent communication and organizational skills two orthree years of experience in talent acquisition proficiency withapplicant tracking systems and an ability to devise sourcingstrategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellentinterpersonal skills for working closely with others across variousdepartments.

Duties and Responsibilities

Objectives ofthis role

  • Provide input toensure that teams consist of diverse qualifiedindividuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs arebeing met with a longterm strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies such as an employerbranding initiative to build pipelines for potentialapplicants
  • Create and implement endtoendhiring processes to ensure a positive experience forcandidates
  • Form close relationships withhiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates andinterviewers

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs andcandidate selection criteria
  • Source applicantsthrough online channels such as LinkedIn and other professionalnetworks
  • Create job descriptions and interviewquestions that reflect the requirements for eachposition
  • Compile lists of mostsuitablecandidates by assessing their CVs portfolios andreferences
  • Organize and attend job fairs andrecruitment events to build a strong candidatepipeline
  • Maintain records of all materialsused for recruitment including interview notes and relatedpaperwork to share with keystakeholders

Requiredskills and qualifications

  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similarrole
  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting usingvarious interview techniques and evaluationmethods
  • Proficiency with social media CVdatabases and professional networks
  • Experiencein using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively sourcecandidates
  • Proficiency in documentingprocesses and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills

Preferred skillsand qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources management orsimilar field
  • Knowledge of applicant trackingsystems
  • IT Recruitmentexperience
  • exposure in outsourcingcompany
