Job Description - HR Sourcing Manager Banking
Reporting to the Head of HR the HR Sourcing Manager will maintain and create relationship with Agencies and use existing networks to ensure the recruitment targets of the Bank are achieved.
The role will require the incumbent to create a robust process for sourcing candidates for the Bank’s Retail, Treasury, Corporate and Communications departments. The HR Manager will review current relationship with providers and review the wider market to ensure the best providers are used.
Will also review recruitment technology and provide a recommendation using cost benefit analysis on the best sourcing tools.
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelors degree or higher• 5 plus years experience in Recruitment (Internal or External)• Exceptional Communication skills• Proven track record in a high pace time poor environment• Experience recruiting in Finance Services of Accounting
