Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resource Business Administration or equivalentyears’ experience in
HR &Administration
Possess experience in accordance withrelevant HR competency frameworks.
Understanding of themain functions and objectives of an industrialorganization
6 years of experience of which 3 years arein supervisory roles.
Must be fluent in Arabic (bothwriting and speaking)
Must have experience in Oil andGas.
