Job Description - HRBP Manager Manufacturing

Ensure strict implementation ofall regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Managementand by laws.
Coordinate with business leadersand functional managers to facilitate annual people processesincluding performance management, people development, talentidentification and development, succession planning and employeeengagement survey.
Facilitate training needanalysis (TNA), cascade training catalog, training eligibilityregistration and facilitate colleagues into trainingsessions.
Assess existing functionaldevelopment centers to revamp (if any) and moderate internaldevelopment assessment and development plan for selectivetalents.
Manage People S&L budget& VIC Labor casual worker.
Leadrecruitment process through executions of recruitment specialistand business partners.
