HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce company HSE policies and procedures on site.
  

• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits.
  

• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  

• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and suggest preventive measures.
  

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
  

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
  

• Coordinate with site management and workers on HSE matters.
  

• Maintain documentation and submit regular safety reports.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
  

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory)
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in GCC
  

• Good knowledge of QHSE standards and local regulations
  

• Excellent communication and observation skills
