HSSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSSE programs to ensure safe execution of offshore projects and operations.
  

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE plans, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
  

• Ensure compliance with offshore regulatory requirements (e.g., IMO, MARPOL, SOLAS, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and client HSSE standards.
  

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  

• Provide HSSE leadership, guidance, and coaching to offshore teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  

• Coordinate and lead HSE meetings, safety drills, and toolbox talks.
  

• Ensure proper management of permit-to-work (PTW), confined space entry, and hot work controls.
  

• Promote a proactive safety culture by leading behavior-based safety (BBS) initiatives.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of proven offshore/onshore construction
  

• SHES related NVQ Level 5 or Postgraduate Diploma or Postgraduate Degree
