The mainresponsibilities of this position include:

1. Collaborate and interact withfunctional business areas to gather requirements

2. Facilitate workshops betweenmultiple stakeholders to gather information

3. Project manage Strategicprojects

4. Continuouscommunication with stakeholders to either keep them updated onproject progress or to highlight risk or follow-up on outstandingitems

5. Write user-stories orbusiness requirement specifications

6. Manage the critical path andtimelines of deliverables

7.Compile test packs where needed and support it with testing

8. Manage pilots, rollouts, andtraining ofprojects

Requirements

Applicantsfor the position will need to meet the following minimumrequirements:

1. Grade12 Certificate/Matric

2. Arelevant Degree and or Higher National Diploma (InformationTechnology, Computer Science, System Design, Management Science,Business studies, Information Systems, Business Analyst)

3. Have a minimum of 5 yearsexperience in Apparel Retail (Business area specific / Systems)

4.Knowledge of and exposure to:

a. Business processexposure/understanding (Area specific)

b. Processoptimizing/improvement

c.Elicitation and documenting BRS/BRD

d. Working knowledge of Agilemethodology

e. Setup, management,and execution of testing

f.Project Management

g.Training/Change management

h.Systems/Business support for BAU

i. System Architectureunderstanding (area specific integration environment/technicalcompetency)

j. Unified ModelingLanguage (UML High-level context diagram, Product BreakdownStructure, System Architecture diagram, Flow Chart, BusinessWorkflow diagram, Business Process Model and Notation, Use Casediagram, Use Case Narrative)

Requirements Knowledge required: o An understanding of retailmetrics and KPI s o An understanding of retail business systems. oFull proficiency in Microsoft products (Office 365) o Knowledge ofBusiness Intelligence visualisation practices. o Experience increating visualisations in PowerBI.
