In Room Dining Server - Luxury Resort

Apt Resources is seeking an attentive and personable In Room Dining Server to join the team at a luxurious resort located on the stunning Red Sea. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences directly to guests in their rooms, ensuring every meal and interaction reflects the high standards of our prestigious property. Responsibilities

• Promptly take orders from guests and deliver food and beverage items to their rooms, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet the resort's standards.
• Provide attentive service, regularly checking on guests to ensure their needs are met and that they are completely satisfied with their dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a timely and smooth delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any special requests or modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area, including the presentation of room service menus and promotional materials.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude, resolving any issues to ensure a memorable experience.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately, adhering to the resort's cash handling and security policies.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant when necessary, including setting up for events or serving in other dining rooms.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as an In Room Dining Server or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Physical ability to carry trays and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
