Job Description - Indian Chef

We are seeking experienced Indian Chefs to deliver quality Indian cuisine in a luxury hotel environment. The role involves full -cycle food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and team supervision.

Respnsibilities:

Cook a variety of Indian dishes
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and tools
Supervise kitchen assistants
Ensure food portioning and taste consistency
Monitor ingredient stock.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Indian cooking experience
Ability to lead a small team
Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols
Flexibility to work night shifts
