Indoor Plants Supervisor

Job Description

Overview

Responsible for supervising the installation, daily care, and maintenance of indoor plants and healing gardens. Oversees plant care teams, ensures plant health, manages watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest/disease control, and irrigation activities. Conducts inspections, prepares reports, ensures HSE compliance, and coordinates with QF representatives, project managers, and contractors.

Your role

• Supervise indoor plant maintenance and healing garden care.
• Plan and oversee watering, pruning, fertilizing, repotting, and pest/disease control.
• Inspect plant health and recommend improvements.
• Lead and motivate plant care teams; conduct TBT and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with QF reps, project managers, and contractors.
• Maintain records and reporting via CAFM/Marafiq.

About you

• High School/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Landscape Management.
• Knowledge of indoor plant maintenance and plant health best practices.
• MS Office proficiency; fluent English; valid driving license.
