Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a Real Estate Alternative Lender,is looking for an eager Inside Sales Rep to join their HQ inPhiladelphia, PA. This person will need a growth mindset toactively reach out to real estate investors and developers in thearea/across the country to gauge interest in their fundingplatforms. This position will carry with it a bonusstructure for each term loan that is closed with uncappedcommissions. Personality is key for this position,we are looking for someone who want a to get their foot in the doorwith a growing Real Estate Finance firm, learn the industry, andgrow from there. Company generated and inbound leadsare supplied. Should be expected to make 75+ calls per day and setmeetings for sales managers.
