IRD Waiter

As an IRD Waiter, you will play a crucialrole in ensuring that our guests have a memorable diningexperience.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Take orders andserve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professionalmanner

• Providerecommendations and answer any questions about the menuitems

• Ensure that all foodand beverages are of highquality

• Handle guestcomplaints and resolve any issues that mayarise

• Maintain a clean andorganized workspace, including setting and clearingtables

• Work closely withthe kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficientservice

• Upsell menu itemsand promote special offers toguests

• Handle cash andcredit card transactions accurately andefficiently

• Follow allsafety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safeenvironment forguests

• Attend trainingsessions and meetings as required by thecompany

Requirements:

• Minimumof 1 year experience as an IRDWaiter

• Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills

• Ability to workwell in a team and underpressure

• Strong knowledgeof food and beverage items and their preparationmethods

• Basic math skillsand ability to handle cash and credit cardtransactions

• Fluent inEnglish, both written andspoken

• Flexibility to workevenings, weekends, and holidays asneeded

• High school diplomaor equivalent
