We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior IT Staff Augmentation Sales professional responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT staffing and augmentation services. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and technology companies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
Understand client technical hiring needs and workforce challenges.
Provide customized staffing solutions aligned with client business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor for workforce planning and talent strategy.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client hiring demands.
Identify emerging technology skill requirements and staffing opportunities.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
Provide detailed client requirements and feedback to sourcing teams.
Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, or technology services sales.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Existing network of technology hiring decision-makers in Qatar
Experience working with offshore, nearshore, or remote staffing models.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
