Job Description - IT Technical Support - 12 Months

  • Bachelors degree in computer science
  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Experience with scripting or automation (Apps Script, PowerShell) is an advantage
  • Google certificate is required, such Google Cloud - Associate Cloud Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IT systems and SaaS platforms
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with identity management, MDM, and endpoint security
  • Understanding of IT security, access control, and data protection principles
