Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient consultations by evaluating medical history and surgical goals
• Support in the development of individualized treatment plans for patients
• Perform basic surgical procedures under the supervision of experienced plastic surgeons
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care of patients to ensure effective recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance surgical skills and knowledge
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and best practices in patient care

• Medical degree with a specialization in Plastic Surgery
• Completion of foundational surgical training and residency in Plastic Surgery
• Some experience in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures preferred (internships, externships, or residencies)
• Strong foundational knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively within a surgical team
