About the opportunity


RoleSummary:

Conduct business reviews withaccounts and identify business opportunities and businessrelationships which result in the achievement of increased revenueprofitability and market share.

WhatsOn Your Plate

  • Servicequality needs to be consistent for all the brands across thecountry
  • Maintain continuous businessrelationships with clients / restaurants
  • Provide excellent service and support in order to build strongrelationships and resolve operational issues between clients /restaurants and the company.
  • Optimize therestaurant content (MOA Delivery Time)
  • Maintain regular relationships with various stakeholders from thebrand
  • Provide quarterly reviews to partners toshowcase the areas of growth and areas of potentialimprovement
  • Provide and maintain high servicelevels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to bothcustomer and partners
  • Work internally with thevarious departments to ensure all the requirements of the brand aremet
  • Update and maintain a track record of allactivities related to the brand onSalesForce

What you needto be successful


What DidWe Order

An ideal candidate for thisrole would have:

  • Indepth knowledge ofthe Food Industry Market and ecommerce
  • Knowledge of professional proposal pricing module andCRM
  • Able to analyse data and sales statisticsand curate a solution
  • Proficient inExcel
  • Excellent verbal and communicationskills
  • Minimum 45 years of fulltimeprofessional experience in a relatedfield
