We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children visiting our facility. Your passion for working with kids and your ability to organize exciting activities will contribute to memorable experiences for our young guests.

• Actively participate in and lead Kids Club programs and activities
• Ensure all activities are performed according to the resort's programs and policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized Kids Club area
• Supervise children during games and fun activities, ensuring their safety at all times
• Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative, and educational activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children from diverse backgrounds
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children's experiences
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute special events and themed activities
• Report any issues, injuries, or accidents to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment for Kids Club activities

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality setting
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proven experience in childcare and organizing children's activities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and educational programs
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and actively participate in activities for extended periods
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or related field preferred (not required)
