Job Description - Land Surveyor – Aluminium and Facade












1. Preparation of Subcontract orders and settlement of Subcontractor’s final accounts in accordance with company procedures and provisions of the Subcontract.







2. Prepare disruption schedules, claim schedules, variation, contra-charges







3. Reviewing contract documents and identifying variations between Contract documents and actual shop drawings.

Requirements



1. Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Architecture







2. Minimum 3 years experience in the field or project execution within relevant field







3. Technical know-how or background of aluminium and glass







4. Strong computer and communication skills
