Lead Finance Officer

• Lead and oversee all financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for the business unit.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve financial processes and tools for better accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC
• Must be available to join immediately or with a maximum 1 month notice
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
