Short summary of the role

• The position requires a qualified lawyer (holding an Admission Certificate - preferably) with strong expertise in corporate and companies law, particularly in M&A, JV, lease agreements, and general contract review which excluding the vessel related matters.


• Good experience in drafting, reviewing and amending contracts for M&A, JV and leasing.


• The role covers corporate governance and company secretarial functions, including preparing and amending constitutional documents, drafting board/shareholder resolutions, and managing statutory filings across group entities.


• Experience with banking and finance transactions, loan and fund documentation and investment agreements is preferred.


• The candidate should have a solid understanding of Companies Law and its application to in-house legal operations, providing practical, business focused legal.
