Job Description - Legal Officer

Preparing legal presentations and drafts on legal issues.
Drafting legal documents, letters, agreements, and legal opinions.
Developing and modifying policies and procedures to meet legal requirements.
Following up on legal matters related to projects and corporate requirements.
Providing research and advice on Qatari law.
Ensuring all company and entity official documents are up-to-date and renewed annually.
Filling all agreements and official documents electronically and physically.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts/agreements on behalf of the company.
Keeping the company and its subsidiaries updated with current and existing laws on corporate matters.
Assisting Legal Officers in dealing with legal issues or potential legal issues.
Supporting and monitoring contractual obligations and processes.
Working on contract and legal advice in different jurisdictions.
Attending meetings with external stakeholders and lawyers.
Maintaining copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property of the company and its subsidiaries.
