Job Description - Logistics Coordinator

Provide status reports and updates to supervisor on shipments and deliveries;

Receive and check shipping documents;

Sending RFQ to all the shipping companies and follow up on the same;

Submit shipping documents to freight forward and clearance agent;

Prepare documents for delivery to clients;

Arrange for return of empty containers to shipping line;

Maintain and update Inventory Management System and reports discrepancy and issues to supervisor;

Maintain and updates stock levels;

Ensure housekeeping activities are performed to standards in the warehouse;

Arrange for deliveries of client orders;

Prepare and provide documentation to accounts for client shipments and delivery;
