• You enable communication andcollaboration through various activities, ranging fromunderstanding dependencies to ensuring management support, incollaboration with our Customer Relationship Managementteam.
• You establish relationships to partneroptimally with both internal and external customers, andcontinuously collaborate with partners to drive increasedefficiency, customer experience, andperformance.
• You drive and ensure execution ofcontracting activities, inclusive of baselining, sizing, andpricing activities. You lead contractual frameworks and processchange requests to any of contracts, and you report and analyzecontract status, service provider relationships, and servicereceiver relationships.
• You conduct analysis ofpricing structures in adherence to business goals, understandinterdependencies in service provision, and are responsible forassurance.
