Job Description - Maintenance Engineer

Inspects electrical systems on the equipment and components to identify hazards, defects
and the need for adjustments and repair
Troubleshoots and analyzes different fault or alarm of machine, copies all parameter of all
types of inverter drives
Performs all electrical and mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activities
during unit shutdown assuring that are being completed at minimum time with minimum
cost.
Performs download and upload back-up program from PLC to PG or USB stick.
Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits,
wiring, and other electrical system equipment.
Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and
hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Optimizes maximum resources available to reduce maintenance cost;
Plan, supervises, delegates and execute daily tasks, preventive maintenance and
breakdown activities related to production lines in coordination with electricians and
mechanical technicians.
