Job Description:

We areseeking passionate and skilled HR professionals to join our team.As an HR professional at Hala Health Home Care you will play acrucial role in our expansion and diversification efforts. Yourresponsibilities will include recruiting training administrationpayroll management and other HRrelated tasks. You will have theopportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environmentcontributing to our mission of redefining healthcaredelivery.

Responsibilities:

Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with theoverall business strategy.

Manage the recruitmentand selection process including sourcing screening and interviewingcandidates.

Oversee employee training anddevelopment programs.

Manage employee relationsincluding resolving issues andconflicts.

Administer payroll and benefitsprograms.

Ensure compliance with laborregulations and company policies.

Participate inthe development of HR policies andprocedures.

Maintain employee records and HRdocumentation.

Requirements:

Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources or a relatedfield.

Proven experience as an HR professionalpreferably in the healthcare industry.

Strongknowledge of HR functions and bestpractices.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamic environment.

Strongorganizational and timemanagementskills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRISsystems.

HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) is aplus.
