Marketing and Sales Executive

Good day,

We're looking for Marketing and Sales Executives to join our team based in Doha. Interested individuals are required to read through the minimum requirements and to answer all of the pre-screening questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing and Sales Executive or similar position.
• Must have experience in Marketing Maids and Nannies to clients.
• Proficient in speaking Arabic.
• Can speak English.
• Able to start immediately.
• With valid QID and NOC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote maid and nanny services to potential clients, including families and individuals seeking household assistance.
• Identify and target specific demographics or geographic areas where there is a demand for maid and nanny services.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements to showcase the company's maid and nanny offerings and highlight their unique value propositions.
• Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, online forums, and local community websites to reach target audiences and generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as real estate agents, childcare centers, and community organizations to generate referrals and leads.
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized recommendations for maid and nanny services.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a steady supply of qualified maids and nannies to meet client demand and fulfill staffing requests in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, client retention rates, and revenue generated to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• And as needed by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
