We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with a specialization in streamlining operations and processes, possessing comprehensive experience in various facets of marketing operations, particularly within the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in standard operating procedure (SOP) development, feasibility studies, internal audit processes, market research, and management consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining SOPs : Develop, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures across marketing functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to streamline processes.
- Feasibility Studies : Conduct detailed feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential success of marketing strategies, campaigns, and new business ventures. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Internal Audit : Lead internal audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Evaluate marketing activities, budgets, and resources to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market research to gather relevant data and insights into target audiences, market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Utilize various research methodologies and tools to inform strategic decision-making.
- Management Consultancy : Provide expert guidance and consultancy services to management and cross-functional teams on marketing strategies, campaign optimization, market positioning, and business growth initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5 in marketing operations, with a focus on streamlining SOPs, feasibility studies, internal audit, market research, and management consultancy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing analytics tools. Experience with project management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Qatar market experience and familiarity with local business practices and regulations are highly desirable.
