Scopeand Objectives

As a MarketingCoordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with theplanning, coordination, and execution of media and marketingcampaigns across various media channels. You will play a criticalrole in supporting the media team and ensuring seamlesscommunication and execution of mediaplans.

EssentialResponsibilities And Duties

Asa member of the marketing and PR team support the development andexecution of marketing and communication campaigns for both Rafflesand Fairmont Doha.

  • Assistin managing the relationships with the external parties and monitortheir performance to optimize media buying and placementstrategies
  • Assist in creating campaigntimelines, coordinating assets, and tracking projectdeliverable
  • Work closely with creative teams toensure timely delivery and proper implementation of media assets,including ad creatives, copy, andvideos
  • Monitor media performance, includingimpressions, reach, frequency, and engagementmetrics
  • Prepare regular reports and analyzedata to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas forimprovement, and provide actionable insights to the mediateam
  • Assist in tracking media budgets andexpenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets. Collaborate withfinance and procurement teams to process invoices, reconcileaccounts, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inmarketing, communications, or equivalentqualification
  • First experience in mediacoordination, advertising, or marketingrole
  • Computer literate and high proficiency inMicrosoft Office
  • Excellent organizational andproject management skills, with the ability to handle multipleprojects simultaneously and meetdeadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with theability to interpret data, generateinsights
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to maintain good workrelationships with external serviceproviders
  • Ability to collaborate effectivelywith internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluentin English and Arabic language, any other language arebeneficial
  • Flexible, versatile and copes wellunder pressure to meet deadlines
  • Driven,ambitious, and enthusiastic about the world of PR andhospitality
