Manage socialmedia accounts and engage withfollowers to build a strong onlinecommunity. Collaboratewithgraphic designers and content creators to producehighqualityvisuals and multimedia content. Plan and coordinateoffline marketing initiatives such as eventsexhibitions andpromotionalactivities. Conduct marketresearch and competitoranalysis to identify trends andopportunities for growth. Monitorandanalyze marketing performance metrics to measure theeffectivenessof campaigns and optimize strategiesaccordingly. Stay updatedonindustry trends and emerging technologies to enhance thecompanysmarketing efforts. Work closelywith crossfunctional teamsincluding sales retail and productmanagement to ensure alignment ofmarketing activities withbusinessobjectives. Requirements Emiratinationality. Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or arelatedfield. 15 years of experience inmarketing with a focus onboth online and offlinechannels. Proven track record ofcreatingsuccessful marketing campaigns and drivingresults. Strongunderstanding ofdigital marketing platforms and tools includingsocial media Google Analytics and email marketingsoftware.Excellent written andverbal communication skills in English andArabic. Creative thinker with akeen eye for design andstorytelling.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in afastpacedenvironment. Knowledge of theluxury retail industry isaplus.
