Role Overview

iHeartArabi is hiring a Marketing Specialist to drive audience growth and manage performance marketing efforts for long-form and short-form audio and video content.

This role is responsible for execution, not just planning. The focus is on results, not activity.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Drive traffic and subscribers to iHA podcast content
Optimize campaigns based on performance

Vendor & Agency Management

Coordinate with marketing agencies and external partners
Ensure deliverables match objectives
Track spend and performance

Campaign Execution

Write clear briefs for campaigns and content
Oversee rollout across platforms
Ensure alignment between content and marketing

Analytics & Optimization

Track key metrics (views, listens, conversions)
Adjust campaigns based on data
Report outcomes clearly

Requirements

Experience in digital and performance marketing
Understanding of podcast or content distribution
Ability to manage agencies effectively
Strong execution mindset

Profile

Focused on outcomes, not talk
Efficient and direct
Comfortable working across creative and data

Nice To Have

Experience working with influencers or creators
Experience launching new shows or products
Familiarity with CRM or audience tools
Experience in PR or earned media support
Regular podcast listener with strong awareness of formats and content trends
