In this role, you will be working in our Sales & Marketing Division (Commercial Department), supporting Al‑Awalia’s growth by driving marketing initiatives, strengthening brand visibility, and contributing to commercial activities including tenders and contracts.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Adherence to quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and sales performance initiatives.
- Support drafting, reviewing, and interpreting tenders and contracts to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all communication materials.
- Develop and manage marketing content such as brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies to develop marketing materials.
- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and customer database segmentation.
- Engage with stakeholders and online audiences professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Support media relations activities including press releases and corporate announcements.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Track and report marketing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.
About you
For you to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good command of the English language; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign management.
- Working knowledge of tender processes and commercial documentation.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical standards.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
