Job Purpose
Work on the implementation of all promotional activities and market research for the institution and work on developing, implementing, monitoring and supervising marketing programs to achieve the objectives of the institution in line with its policies and strategy.
Responsibilities and job role
- Overseeing the delivery of a successful central commercial program for marketing operations in line with the organization's objectives and policies.
- Provide support to the Executive Director in achieving the objectives and results of the Marketing and Communications Department.
- Work on budget management and ensure that expenditures are within the budget.
- Work on developing, developing and implementing a detailed promotion program for QSL and its member clubs to achieve the objectives of the Foundation, in line with its policies and strategy.
- Work to ensure the growth and understanding of the unique QSL customer database to achieve the organization's goals
- Supervising the process of delivering and developing loyalty programs in a better way to achieve the objectives of the institution.
- Supervising the process of delivering and managing marketing outputs to achieve the organization's goals.
- Supervising the process of supporting clubs that request support, to assist and support them in setting up and developing commercial programs for their marketing operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications :
- Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, business administration, or any related field.
Knowledge and experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Proven track record of selling in a commercial environment preferably sports.
- Good appreciation of the sponsoring partner's work and the ability to easily understand its objectives.
