Mechanical Foreman

• Supervise preservation and maintenance activities, and workmen at Al Shamal STP site located in Al Shamal.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols.

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily planned tasks of the maintenance team.

• Conduct inspections and provide reports on equipment status.

• Upload maintenance works done photographs, and report through the EAMS portal. 

• Carry out inspections with stakeholders/clients during their visits to the plant.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance works for static and rotary equipment’s.

• Minimum qualification: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field.

• Strong technical and supervisory skills.

• Ability to work in compliance with projects, systems, requirements, and timelines. 

• Prior GCC/ O&M experience will be an advantage. 

• Ability to manage a team of 15 persons, assigning tasks, monitoring, and controlling site activities, and uploading reports as guided by the engineer.
