Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervision: Lead and coordinate mechanical technicians and maintenance staff in daily operations.
  

• Maintenance Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  

• Inspection & Troubleshooting: Conduct inspections and diagnose mechanical issues in pumps, compressors, turbines, HVAC systems, and rotating machinery.
  

• Project Oversight: Supervise mechanical works during shutdowns, installations, and commissioning activities.
  

• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, risk assessments, and permit -to -work systems.
  

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, planners, and other supervisors to meet operational targets.
  

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery.
  

• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing effective solutions.
  

• Competence in scheduling maintenance and managing resources.
  

• Clear reporting and coordination with cross -functional teams.
