Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
  

• Inspection: Conduct routine checks to ensure optimal performance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and rotating machinery.
  

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions.
  

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other technicians during shutdowns, overhauls, and commissioning activities.
  

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in line with HSE standards and company policies.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
  

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.
  

• Good problem -solving and analytical skills.
