Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Medical Sales Promoter to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics across the region.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the medical field
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical products to healthcare professionals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging market insights
  • Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to customers, emphasizing the medical aspects of our product line
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the medical sector
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and expand our network
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for medical products in the Qatar market
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products, including their features, benefits, and applications in healthcare settings
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product information
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the medical products industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of the Qatar healthcare system and medical regulations
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-making
