Job Description - Non clinical Skills development trainer

Non-Clinical Skills Development Trainer

- Revise current client healthcare competency framework for frontline healthcare professionals, focusing on upskilling and professional development in line with emerging healthcare service plans.

- Develop healthcare management and non-clinical occupational standards to support the client's Corporate Strategic Plan, delivery, and outcomes.

- Deliver and facilitate competency-based training programs and peer development forums for non-clinical Qatari national development, enhancing supervisory skills and team working culture.

- Lead the development of an assessment tool and evaluation framework to assess performance and engagement, providing recommendations to motivate and integrate a skilled workforce with structured professional development.

- Establish specialized coaching and mentorship programs in both Arabic and English, supporting professional development plans for non-clinical frontline Qatari healthcare professionals, aligned with the client's non-clinical skills competency framework.

- Assess and nurture workplace team readiness through professional development programs that encourage best practice healthcare service delivery and peer-to-peer learning.

- Develop and deliver an e-library/e-Learning online blended learning resource specific to non-clinical Qatari national skills and strategic plan delivery, incorporating leadership skills for managing people-centered care and integrated care.

- Work with specialist teams to establish skills development frameworks, competency-based development pathways, management skills for supervisors, and workplace learning initiatives that support experiential learning.

- Manage data, assessments, coaching, and knowledge management skills, including the development of client leads to continue the program.

- Conduct project risk and change management with impact assessment, adopting innovative solutions for workplace learning and team development in eLearning.

- Provide blended learning formats with appropriate assessment methodology, accreditation, coaching and mentorship, facilitation of peer learning, and workplace development initiatives, strengthening both peer and individual professional development plans.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Health Care Management, or a related field. Master’s Degree required.

- Professional certification in IT, data management and analytics, or general management and coaching/mentorship.

**Experience & Knowledge Requirements**

- 5 years’ experience leading a specialist national development program in the education or health sector (preferred).

- Experience in education management and delivery of competency-based skills development programs and accreditation.

- IT professional certification and e-Learning delivery.

- Coaching and mentorship skills, facilitating learning in Arabic and English.

- Project management skills, performance reporting for strategy implementation, audit progress, standards compliance, and governance.

- Experience in workplace learning initiatives and peer development through accredited CPD development programs.

- Experience in developing professional skills for specific groups/teams and experiential learning in the workplace.

**Skills Requirements**

- Bilingual skills in Arabic and English to advanced levels.

- Strong training delivery, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

- Strong workplace learning management skills.

- Reporting and education assessment skills.

- Analytical mind for problem-solving, making recommendations for quality improvements and education.

- Attention to detail in reporting and recommendations.

- Methodical and logical approach to education management and skills development solutions.

- Strong interpersonal skills and teamworking across immediate team and stakeholders within the client organization.

- Coaching and mentorship skills for team performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR28,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
